When carrying out our work, we differentiate between standard analyses and urgent analyses.

When carrying out our work, we differentiate between standard analyses and urgent analyses. It is therefore very important for us to know whether your samples are for routine analyses or urgent analyses (e.g. in the event of incidents). The corresponding procession time also depends on this.

Normally, our analysis times after sample receipt at the IGR are around

• 1 – 2 working days for physical and chemical glass analyses or glass defect analyses
• 1 – 2 weeks for cullet and raw material samples

24/7 availability!
For urgent analyses, our service is generally, possibly against surcharge, available around the clock – even at weekends or on public holidays.

In particularly urgent cases, you can expect the first analysis results within a few hours of receiving the sample.
