The Act to Strengthen Accessibility (“BFSG”)<\/h2>\n

Basic Information on the Applicability of the BFSG<\/h3>\n

The BFSG took effect on June 28, 2025. Since then, all relevant products and services offered to consumers (in the EU) must be accessible\u2014at least to the extent that they fall under the law.<\/p>\n
