However, we have not gone among the manufacturers, but have found a range of products on the market that are ideal for the glass industry in their own way &#8211; or slightly modified.<\/p>\n<p>The first of these is the data logger co-developed by the IGR. When used in a bottle, for example, this can detect impacts on the filling line. Pallet movements can also be tracked &#8211; as well as times, pressure, light and temperature changes on the way to or in the warehouse. And that for weeks.<\/p>\n<h4>Interested?<\/h4>\n<p>The data loggers \u201cMSR175B4\u201d, \u201cMSR165B4\u201d and \u201cMSR160B4\u201d in the silicone tube, which we have modified together with our partner, the Swiss manufacturer MSR Electronics GmbH, specifically for use by bottlers and glass manufacturers, are sold exclusively through IGR. They are waterproof, insensitive to temperature and pressure and can be used variably in original narrow-neck or wide-neck glasses. They are designed for direct contact with filling goods and can run through the entire production or filling line under real conditions and record the desired data.<\/p>\n<h5>You can find the advantages\/changes compared to standard industry solutions in our press release. (<a href=\"https:\/\/igrgmbh.de\/images\/data\/publis\/Pressemeldung_IGR_Datenlogger_Stand_20200114.pdf\">Download here<\/a>)<\/h5>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/igrgmbh.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Vergleich_Shocks_-_IPS.png\" alt=\"Comparison of Shocks IPS\" width=\"760\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Technical data:<\/h4>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>MSR175B4<\/strong>&#8221; has two internal 3-axis accelerometers with measuring ranges of \u00b1 15 g and \u00b1 200 g and records shocks with a measuring rate of up to 6400 Hz. The measuring frequency can be set manually. The memory capacity of over 2,000,000 measured values is sufficient to record at least 1,000 shocks over a measurement period of up to eight weeks. The &#8220;MSR175B4&#8221; also stores temperature curves from -20 to +65 \u00b0C. A brief rise in temperature during pasteurization or use in the dishwasher does not restrict the function of the data logger. Optionally available with one internal temperature, humidity (0 to 100 % rel. humidity), pressure (0 to 14 bar) and light sensor (0 to 65,000 lx) each, currently with a measuring rate of 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>MSR165B4<\/strong>&#8221; has an internal 3-axis accelerometer with a measuring range of \u00b1 200 g (optional \u00b115 g) and records shocks at a measuring rate of up to 1,600 Hz. The memory capacity of over 2,000,000 measured values is sufficient to record at least 10,000 shocks with a recording duration of up to six months.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>MSR160B4<\/strong>&#8221; data logger is equipped with a 30 bar pressure sensor with a maximum measuring rate of 1,000 Hz. This can be used, for example, to determine pressure differences that occur in filled bottles due to impacts.<\/p>\n<p>All three MSR data loggers in silicone tubing comply with the EU RoHS\/WEEE directive. Further technical details can also be found on the manufacturer&#8217;s website<a title=\"Homepage MSR Electronic GmbH\" href=\"http:\/\/www.msr.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(www.msr.ch)<\/a>.
